Prepared a detailed market entry research for a mining business looking to set up in Ghana
Supported in defining the operational processes and manuals for 3 incubator businesses.
Supported the refining of company profiles, Human Capital Management, Services/Products review as well as operating model reviews of these companies.
Led the establishment of a new financial advisory and business intermediation entity from scratch
Oversaw the creation of a private banking and wealth management department for one of Ghana’s biggest banks.
